We strive to offer quality services at affordable rates. All projects, small or large, are produced using CAD (computer aided design) from concept to construction drawings. Three dimensional images can be produced that facilitate the visualization of a concept. From simple massing studies to animated “walk through” presentations, the Client can view and understand the project. Changes are generated quickly through the design development phase, and final construction documents are created with the addition of notes, dimensions and details. CAD offers the qualities of speed and precision, allowing the designer more time to explore alternate solutions to design problems and produce extremely accurate documentation, thus adding to the quality of the finish product ….. the Building.
The design philosophy
The Design – Build philosophy is the basis for a designer. The Designer is commissioned to design the project and builder is hired to construct the building. The relationship between Designer and Builder are a team whose goal is to provide the client with the best possible design solution that meets the projects requirements. When the team exists, the project is more likely to be successful and usually results in a higher quality project. The contractor portion of the Design – Build team can include the client’s builder or may be a recommended Contractor, based on the requirements of the specific project’s scope, budget, quality level and scheduling aspects.
